What is the recommended team size?

Our programs are ideal for teams of 30 to 200 pax

What if we have less than 30 pax?

For teams smaller than 30 pax, an additional fee will apply as the minimum requirement is 30 pax per team

Can HRDCorp cover all the expenses?

HRDCorp can most likely cover all activity fees. If your workplace is located over 100km from Awana Genting, additional fees such as meeting rooms, accommodation, and meals may also be claimable

How long does it take to prepare for the HRDCorp application?

Approval is usually granted within 2 days, but we recommend preparing all documents and quotes at least 2 weeks before your session to ensure a smooth process

How long does it take to claim back from HRDCorp?

Claims are typically processed within 1 to 2 weeks after submission

Are these programs really HRDCorp claimable?

Yes, all our programs are officially registered with HRDCorp and eligible for full claims

Can we customise the activities?

Absolutely! We can tailor the programs to suit your team’s goals and preferences
